The Junior League of Harrisburg 2022-2023 placement survey is open and accepting responses until March 16th! There are plenty of opportunities to serve and to help us meet our mission! All members who are not slated to serve on the Board of Directors or Nominating Committee have the opportunity to share time and talent with JLH through committee service and committee chair leadership. Members are encouraged to reach out to any member of the Board of Directors with questions. Placement allows for the League to meet our mission and further our strategic plan. We need committed members to help us accelerate our focus – maximizing opportunities for women and children living in poverty in our community. This can’t be done without the dedication of each member. It also allows members to use or build skills to advance their own interests. This includes serving as a chair to gain experience as a leader, working with a committee to demonstrate collaboration and event planning, and making connections in the community to expand social and professional circles!
